Licensed Therapist LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Registered Intern

This is a part time, 1099 independent contractor, hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, and is open to Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) and qualified Registered Interns. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family counseling, including intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, documenting sessions and progress notes in a timely manner, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and practice policies. The therapist will use evidence-based modalities, develop measurable treatment goals, monitor client progress, and participate in case consultation or supervision as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensure or registration in a relevant discipline (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Registered Intern) with the ability to practice in Florida; master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of common mental health conditions.
Experience providing Family Therapy and systems-focused interventions to support couples and families in diverse situations.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with clients from varied backgrounds and identities.
Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and manage a full-time caseload while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR), basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with telehealth platforms is beneficial.
