Business Relations Representative (Phone Sales)

The Better Business Bureau serving the Pacific SW/Central California and the Inland Empire is expanding even more! As our area of coverage expands, so does our need for qualified Business Relations Representatives.

This is an inside phone position, dealing with business owners in regard to BBB accreditation. If you have the experience & are looking for a career, a place to stay till you're ready to retire, a place with great pay, great benefits, great culture & great people you just found it.

Responsibilities:

· Connect the leads provided to educate the customers on the Better Business Bureau application process.

· Meet and exceed monthly outbound call requirements and applications

· Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation

Qualifications:

· Ability to build rapport with clients and "hunter" mentality.

· Passion for talking to people on the phones in a professional manner.

· Computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.

· Spanish Language skills are a plus.

· Reliable and strong work ethic.

· Great energy and a great attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
