About the Position

You will support individuals and families who have already requested information about available benefit programs. Your role will be to guide them through the next steps, answer basic questions, schedule virtual meetings, and keep their information accurate in our online systems.

Training is provided, so prior experience in this field is not required.

Daily Responsibilities

Follow up with individuals who requested information
Book and confirm virtual appointments
Explain the process in simple terms
Answer general questions professionally
Assist with basic digital forms
Send reminders and follow-up messages
Maintain organized client records
Use online systems to manage activity
Attend remote training and team meetings

Who We’re Looking For
