Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or development that meet overall business requirements in the areas of responsibility. Responsible for hands-on functional configuration in APO - SAP/SCM systems. Provide functional consulting on complex SAP projects, including rollouts. Interface with COE functional experts and business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality. Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Participate in Application Configuration, Analysis, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment. Support user training activities on ERP, SCM, and related systems. Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control. Lead and/or participate in the delivery of projects. Provide Application End User support. Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies. Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents. Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits. Responsible for coordinating application needs from back-end platforms through user interface. Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems. Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner, if assigned. Participate in the assessment of application security and identity management requirements, where applicable. Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and test cases. Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly. Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalating issues where appropriate.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a directly related field, plus five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Planning process definition, analysis, design, and implementation. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

Full cycle implementations and deployments in SAP APO, including in the following submodules: DP (Demand Planning), SAP SNP (Supply Network Planning), and SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detail Scheduling).
CIF, Heuristics, and Optimizer
Deployment & Transport Load Builder (TLB)
SAP ERP - SAP APO (Logical System/ Queue setup)
SAP Systems Non-SAP systems (IDOCS/ Flat Files/ MBOX)

Four (4) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

SAP Solution Manager
SAP APO Configuration
Modifying Standard SAP behavior using technical objects
Create and execute End to End Test plan for all types of test cycles
Integrating and maintaining jobs in SAP systems

Travel Requirements

International and domestic travel 20% of the time for business meetings and system implementations.

This is a fixed-location position based in Naples. FL office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be allowed.
