Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Core HR) to support a large-scale HCM transformation initiative. The role involves designing and guiding the architecture of a modern HCM ecosystem, integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with a hybrid data platform leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, cloud, security, and development to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is a strategic role focused on defining integration patterns, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect enterprise-grade Oracle HCM and data integration solutions
• Lead integration strategy using OIC and Azure-based platforms
• Advice on Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and best practices
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cloud standards
• Produce architecture documentation and participate in design reviews
• Guide development teams on modern integration patterns and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues

• HCM Modules: HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Payroll, Fast Formulas
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI (ATP/ADW)
• PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL, Event-Driven Architecture
• CI/CD, Git-based version control
