Omnichannel Development Manager (0069-0003)
Analyze, coordinate and improve the processes through which seasonal luxury women’s apparel product collections developed and manufactured in Italy are prepared for the U.S. omnichannel market. Evaluate product lifecycle workflows, review sample and specification data, and assess cross-departmental procedures utilizing economic and quantitative evaluation. Review sample and specification data using statistical and economic evaluation techniques to identify inefficiencies, forecast potential delays, and recommend data-driven process improvements that support compliant and timely product launches. Collaborate with Italian product development and design teams to analyze collection information, interpret technical documentation, and provide U.S.-specific recommendations regarding product suitability, fit expectations, regulatory labeling requirements, and market needs. Review incoming samples, identify process gaps or inefficiencies affecting product launch timelines, and prepare analytical reports summarizing product-readiness metrics, sample-tracking performance, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and refine procedures for gathering, validating, and transmitting product attributes to U.S. e-commerce, retail, and wholesale units, ensuring that all channels receive accurate, complete, and timely information. Evaluate post-season product performance data, return patterns, quality trends, and customer feedback to recommend improvements to upstream product development processes. Coordinate project timelines, facilitate communication between U.S. teams and Italian headquarters, and advise management on process optimization to support efficient, compliant, and synchronized omnichannel product launches.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Merchandising Specialist, Operations Analyst, or closely related position. Related experience must be in the luxury apparel industry and include: Experience supporting multi-location retail or wholesale operations; Experience with fashion analytics tools, including Board, Tableau, and Retviews
