Our team supports customers with fashion and lifestyle products from our online range. In this location-independent role, you'll handle a fixed volume of written inquiries manageable, predictable, and with a clear focus on quality for each case. You'll process approximately 15-25 written inquiries per shift, which you'll record, categorize, and document accurately in Salesforce Service Cloud. We'll handle any brief questions for the team directly via Slack.

Your tasks in detail:

- Correct master data update address changes, delivery addresses, customer profiles and keep data records consistent

- Record complaints, assess them objectively, and, depending on the severity, forward them within the team or de-escalate them independently.

- Clearly document escalations and forward them to the responsible department, including a complete history of the process.

- Answer inquiries regarding product details, sizes, materials and availability, and qualify them if necessary.

- Document returns and complaints in writing, track their status, and actively inform customers about the progress.

- Prepare recurring topics for the internal knowledge database and identify gaps

- Prioritize tickets according to urgency and hand them over neatly at the end of the shift.

What should you bring?

Do you have an internet connection that doesn't cut out every 10 minutes?

- Do you have experience with MS Office or Google Workspace, so that you can quickly find your way around a helpdesk tool?

- Can you guarantee reliable availability during your shifts?

Do you remain friendly even when things get hectic?

To get you started, we've planned an intensive three-day onboarding program with guidance from the support team. After that, you'll work independently on your tasks, with a weekly check-in to discuss any open questions, issues, and suggestions for improvement. Your shifts will be on weekdays between 12 pm and 3 pm during the quieter midday period ideal as a part-time job with a reliable schedule. You'll be working in a small support team of 4-6 people, ensuring short communication channels and quick responses.
