Now Hiring: Sales Territory Manager
Location: Sarasota, FL / Tampa, FL Area
Base Salary: $70,000 $85,000 + Commission + Bonus

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in construction, building products, or
architectural solutions? We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to drive business growth
and strengthen client relationships across Florida's Gulf Coast territory, from Naples to
Tampa.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and grow sales within healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial markets
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, and
facility decision-makers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations
• Manage an active territory with frequent customer visits and market engagement
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required
5 7 years of outside sales experience, preferably within construction, building materials,
architectural products, or related industries
Proven experience working with architects, designers, and construction professionals
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
Must currently reside in the Sarasota or Tampa area
Comfortable traveling locally 4+ days per week with occasional overnight travel
Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
