Mainframe Developer
10+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
Strong understanding of Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
Mandatory experience with CICS, VSAM, COBOL, JCL, DB2, MQ, Zeke, and Changeman.
Understanding of building team composition for migration projects.
Strong experience in triaging production issues using Mainframe tools.
Knowledge of Java/distributed solutions is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
Understanding and experience with the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
Experience in Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documentation.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
