As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an important role in connecting applicants with career opportunities while developing valuable communication, recruiting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
• Contact applicants by phone, text, and email
• Conduct brief pre-screening conversations
• Schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Send interview confirmations and reminders
• Follow up with applicants who miss scheduled interviews
• Maintain accurate recruiting records
• Assist with hiring and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting results
