Remote Benefits Representative

AO Globe Life's Veteran & Union Division is expanding and seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career helping working families, union members, veterans, and their loved ones understand and access supplemental benefits.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development are provided for individuals who are willing to learn and grow.

What You'll Do
• Meet with clients virtually
• Educate families on available benefit programs
• Assist clients in reviewing coverage options
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Work with veterans, union members, and working families across North America

Compensation
This position offers performance-based compensation.
Many representatives begin training in a full time position, while top performers may pursue leadership and partnership opportunities.
Compensation will be discussed in detail during the interview process based on the position, licensing requirements, and career path selected.
