Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will convert data into actionable insights that support business decisions, enhance processes, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Interpret data findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.
