Technician, Store Operations Associate -3D Printing Experience REQUIRE

Job description:

Part-Time Start: This role is a part-time position (10-20 hrs/week).
Experience Required: Must have experience with either filament or resin 3D printing.
Hands-On Work: 70% involves using tools, wearing gloves, fixing merchandise, and handling packaging. 30% involves communication, administrative tasks, and space organization. Merchandise typically weighs 20-30 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Training: 40 hours of training at $15/hr (no commission during training).

Pay:
Bi-weekly. Base hourly pay at starting from $15/hr plus a matched amount of order fulfillment commission. 40 hrs paid training is required.

Work Hours:

9 am - 6 pm (a shift of 4-6 hrs during posted business hours)
Stand-by shifts: Anytime (open/mid/close, 4-6 hrs per shift)
