Endicott Preschool is seeking a Full-time Lead Teacher for our Pre-Kindergarten/UPK half-day program starting Fall 2026. This individual must possess either:
an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field; or a Child Development Associate Credential or other OCFS-recognized credential specific to the preschool developmental period; and one year of experience related to caring for children; or
nine college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field, with a plan of study leading to a Child Development Associate Credential, other OCFS-recognized credential specific to the preschool developmental period, or
an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field; and two years of experience related to caring for children.
This is a September through June yearly position, hours are 8:30-3:30, Monday through Friday. Additionally one and a half hours per week for team planning. The AM class is 9:00-11:30, and the PM class is 12:30-3:00. Teacher orientation begins the week of August 31. This is an OCFS licensed position which requires fingerprinting, a state background check, and annual paid training.
