Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, fabrication, and installation activities within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, mechanical systems reliability, welding, fabrication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
Perform welding, fabrication, and component modifications Rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, and related equipment
Support plant reliability, safety, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance and welding experience
Strong welding and metal fabrication skills required Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience rebuilding pumps, valves, cylinders, and industrial equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
