Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) EST (Eastern Standard Time) working hours

Rate: $Market/Hour on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Lead Consultant with 10+ years of SAP expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PaPM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of financial planning, profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical resources to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP PaPM initiatives. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient SAP PaPM models that support strategic decision-making and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP PaPM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PaPM models.
• Develop profitability, allocation, costing, and performance management frameworks.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize financial processes.
• Perform data modeling, calculations, simulations, and reporting within SAP PaPM.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentoring to project teams.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Support stakeholder workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
• Experience with profitability analysis, cost allocations, transfer pricing, and financial performance management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• Strong data modeling and calculation engine experience.
• SAP BW/BPC/SAC integration experience preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
