JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in activities of daily living (personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,
exercises, transfers and ambulation, eating assistance)
Provide companion and respite care
Assists with household duties such light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation based on client’s diet and needs
Facilitate regular communication with the office staff in regards to the client’s care
May accompany the client to doctor appointments, shopping errands, or other outings
Provide medication reminders as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2+ years’ experience working with the elderly, preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
Successfully pass a criminal background check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PAY RANGE: $16.50- $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

SCHEDULE:

Day shift
Evening Shift
Monday through Friday
Weekends
4 hour shifts
8 hour shifts
