What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance and information by phone.
Provide clear and accurate responses using approved reference materials and standardized communication guidelines.
Place outbound calls to confirm applicant information and validate supporting documentation.
Update and maintain records in company systems while speaking with customers.
Navigate multiple web-based applications and databases to locate and enter information.
Identify situations requiring additional review and route them to the appropriate team member.
Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service on every interaction.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least six months of experience in customer service, client support, administrative support, or a contact center environment.
Comfortable working in a high-volume phone-based role.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the past five years.
Ability to successfully pass a federal background screening.
Previous federal contract support experience or Department of Homeland Security clearance is advantageous but not required.
