Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data center program or project management.
  • Experience with data center environment and safety.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Professional certificate or other applicable EHS certifications.
  • 10 years of EHS construction and subcontractor management experience.
  • Experience working in operational data centers with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of implementation of safety programs.
  • Understanding of program management including basic construction contracts.

Belgium: €124000 - €128000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ownership of the CSRM-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
  • Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements providing timely solutions to issues.
  • Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance. 
  • Drive a culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with the wider Construction and DCOps EHS teams to ensure best practices are fully and completely implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured, analyzed and risks mitigated to an acceptable level ensuring that the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.
