Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • 2 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience working with APIs, libraries, or SDKs, ideally related to mobile app technologies.
  • Experience analyzing complex data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic product decisions.

Join the AdMob Mediation team to optimize performance across the ad stack for millions of app developers worldwide. In this role, you will address complex technical challenges at massive scale, focusing on SDK-layer optimization and performance benchmarking to ensure AdMob reaches full revenue potential for publishers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering teams across Google Mobile Ads SDK, Developer Relations, and ad serving to optimize performance across the ad stack.
  • Lead SDK-layer optimization projects, including instrumentation, metering the end-to-end ad lifecycle, and developing intelligent preloading of ads.
  • Deliver advanced SDK APIs for partners to fine-tune app-specific performance and exceed competitor benchmarks.
  • Define product roadmaps for AdMob Mediation by operationalizing strategies that maximize revenue for mobile gaming and entertainment apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX, Go-to-market, and Marketing to facilitate product launches and maintenance.
