Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an extensive array of administrative tasks, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports in a timely manner and with careful attention-to-detail.
  • Act as a trusted partner and proxy for the Ci2(cloud silicon organization) Israel leadership team, attending key meetings, participating in projects, and making decisions on their behalf as needed.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team and site-level offsites, events, and activities, from pre-planning through to budget management and execution.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies for the site.
