Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media and experience implementing complex digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the core Sales team and engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, opportunities, and customer service that drive growth for our customers and Google.
  • Develop and foster C-level relationships. Take ownership for growing, accelerating, and expanding partnerships with our clients.
  • Analyze data trends and performance, develop strategic business plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations and narratives.
  • Attract, develop, and retain great talent in all roles across the team.
