Admin for Law Firm

This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a legal assistant within a law firm. Experience in using Salesforce and Clio is required. Communication and Organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in the position.

Due to the time zone alignment needed to effectively support our U.S.-based clients, we are specifically seeking candidates who are based in Latin America and India. This allows for better overlap with client working hours and smoother day-to-day communication.

This position is $6/Hour
Monday - Friday following Eastern Timezone
Shifts are 6 hours each
09:00 am EST - 03:00 pm EST
We will train you for the position.

Skills Needed:

Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using computer software in general
You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption.
Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards are fundamental in the legal profession.
Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people via phone, email, etc.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones
Checking and responding to emails
Scheduling Appointments and maintaining attorneys’ calendar
Administrative Functions updating and organizing the Salesforce and Clio CRM
Managing time and organizing the tasks at hand compliant with the Employer's preferences
You must be willing to participate in a Google meeting with the client throughout the entire duration of your shift.
Sending Morning Email Informing of Days Plan
Sending Evening Emails with a Recap of Day Tasks
