Quality Inspector

Marketplace Professional Staffing is currently seeking Quality Inspectors for an automotive manufacturing supplier in the Piedmont, SC area. These positions are available for immediate start and offer the opportunity to join a growing production team.

Job Responsibilities:
Inspect automotive parts and components for quality and defects
Follow quality standards and inspection procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Accurately document inspection results
Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts
Mandatory overtime may be required as needed
Associates must report 15 minutes prior to shift start
Steel-toe ESD safety shoes required
Background Requirements:

Applicants cannot have felony convictions within the past 7 years involving:

Violent crimes
Sexual offenses
Weapons-related offenses
Property crimes, including burglary, robbery, larceny, motor vehicle theft, arson, and identity theft
Crimes resulting in placement on the Sex Offender Registry
Dress Code:

Shirts:

Gray, Navy Blue, Light Blue, or Black T-Shirt (short or long sleeve)

Pants:

Black, Navy Blue, or Charcoal Gray uniform-style pants
Must be free of rips, tears, or excessive metal
Must be worn at the natural waistline

Not Permitted:

Jeans
Sweatpants
Joggers
Wind pants
Scrub pants
Yoga pants
PPE Requirements:
Safety glasses (required)
Steel-toe ESD safety shoes (required)
Safety vest provided on-site
