This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for someone who understands the contract-to-close process, thrives on keeping timelines on track, and communicates professionally with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and vendors.
We’re looking for someone who can step in, stay ahead, and help create a smooth experience for everyone involved in the transaction. *must hold a NC real estate licence
