Product Manager, Pixel Gaming

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered, user-facing gaming experiences and gaming-specific features on Pixel devices.
- Lead the end-to-end gaming experience on Pixel by driving a multi-year experience roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Influence hardware definition and silicon investments with Pixel Hardware teams to offer meaningful, practical value to mobile gamers.
- Balance peak gaming performance with sustained system health and quality, defining success against user-centric KPIs.
- Lead initiatives and partnerships with game developers to co-design and implement a scalable outreach strategy for Pixel.
