Director, Technical Program Management, Integrated Software Platforms
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or related technical roles.
- Experience in driving program reviews, building schedules cross-functionally, and keeping program milestones on track.
- Experience working with organizations and implementing programs or initiatives across multiple product areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing an organization through significant change and transformation.
- Experience leading global organizations.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance landscapes associated with global products (e.g., privacy, security).
- Understanding of software development SDLCs, as well as systems and processes that enable them.
- Expertise with highly scalable distributed systems.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business implications for a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of TPMs fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and belonging.
- Drive the strategic outlook and roadmap for software development ecosystems programs, defining and leading strategic and operational initiatives. Manage complex project schedules, dependencies, and budgets across multiple organizations and product areas.
- Serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership influencing decisions and driving alignment on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product, SRE, customer, finance) to drive regulatory, compliance, and technical programs from requirements through launch.
- Establish a consistent cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource management.
- Leverage the power of AI to transform the technical program management discipline itself, developing new methodologies and tools that enhance efficiency, predictability, and impact for your team and our partners.
