Responsibilities of Scheduling Coordinator
- Greeting patients
- Answering the telephone
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting and processing payment
- Maintaining patient records
- Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements of Scheduling Coordinator
- We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day
- Communicates clearly with patients and all team members
- Attention to detail
- Professionalism
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage: $20-25 per hour DOE
- 90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential of increase
- 36-40 hour work week
- Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation
- 40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service
- 5 day sick pay per year.
- 5 paid holidays
