Top Tier Roofing Sales Representative (Insurance Restoration Expert)

We are hiring experienced, top-tier Sales Representatives to drive high-volume revenue in our luxury residential and commercial roofing divisions.

About the Role
Position: Senior Sales Representative/Insurance Specialist
Compensation: Commission-based with high six-figure earning potential ($150k - $300k+)
Leads: Mix of company-provided premium leads and self-generation
Territory: High-end residential neighborhoods and commercial zones

What You Will Do:
Inspect high-end roofing systems for storm damage.Review insurance policies and structural damage with homeowners.Guide affluent clients through the property restoration process.Document damage using digital tools and estimating software.Meet insurance adjusters on-site to negotiate scopes of work.Close high-volume, high-margin premium roofing contracts.

What We Look For:
Minimum 2 years of roofing sales or insurance adjusting experience.Background in public adjusting, insurance estimating, or storm restoration.Deep knowledge of Xactimate, EagleView, and CRM platforms.Proven track record of closing high-dollar premium contracts.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Valid driver's license and ability to confidently climb ladders.
