Credit Counselor/Entry Level-No Experience

Debt Reduction Services is seeking to hire and train a Financial Credit Counselor to work with individuals and families looking to reduce debt, improve budgeting skills, and achieve financial stability. This is a customer-focused position with no cold calling or outside sales.

Job Responsibilities:

* Be the first contact and introduction for future clients on our program.

Job Requirements:

* Open availability weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and some weekends (during specific seasons and when business requires).

* Business Casual Attire.

* Well-spoken with a positive attitude

*Bilingual not required, but preferred

* Prompt and clear communication skills

* Proficiency with MS Office and other general computer-based tasks

Grow and Training:

*In-house Training by senior staff members on all aspects of what this business is and position entails.
