Onsite in Orlando, FL near Orlando International Airport. 3-Month Contract-to-Hire. Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 11:30am-8:00pm (may start earlier based on business needs).

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Manager to lead and elevate the guest experience. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, coaching team members, resolving escalations, and ensuring a high standard of bilingual service.
