Senior HR Benefits Specialist (HR Shared Services)
Senior HR Benefits Specialist (HR Shared Services). Hybrid in Lower Manhattan (must be okay being onsite Tuesday-Thursday). Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime. 4-6 month contract-to-hire based on performance.
Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, supporting HR shared services, resolving benefits inquiries, ensuring compliance, and partnering with HR and payroll teams.
Employment type: Contract to Hire (4-6 months)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (New York, NY)
Pay: $45-$48/hour
