Warehouse Distribution Inventory Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse distribution processes, and ensuring accurate stock control.

Responsibilities

Location 76134
Pay Range - $20 - $22 - based on experience.
Temp to hire position
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and stock accuracy verification using warehouse management systems (ERP system and Acumatica).
Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to meet operational targets.
Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and stock movement within the warehouse environment.
Ability to work physically in a warehouse environment involving heavy lifting (Up to 70 lbs) and materials handling tasks
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, warehouse distribution, and inventory control techniques.
Works with the Engineering department to maintain accurate BOM’s
Assists with pulling motors, drives, and other inventory for next-day production builds
Performs back-up duties to Shipping Coordinator
Performs back-up duties to the Purchasing Manager
