Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry
Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry Unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor cardiac and vital sign data, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans.
Qualifications
Active RN license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Telemetry, Med-Surg, or acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
