Patient Care Technician (PCT)
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, collecting specimens, performing basic clinical procedures, and reporting changes in patient condition. The PCT helps maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification
PCT certification or relevant healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
