About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager IT Staffing to manage and grow client relationships within our staffing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account management, client engagement, requisition management, and revenue growth while ensuring successful delivery of IT staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients across IT staffing accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
Gather and qualify staffing requirements and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality service, and proactive issue resolution.
Monitor account performance, hiring activity, and delivery metrics.
Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and workforce planning discussions.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business growth.
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiate rates, contract terms, and service agreements when required.
Maintain accurate account activity, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Staffing, Account Management, Client Services, or Staffing Sales.
Strong understanding of IT staffing, contingent workforce solutions, and recruitment processes.
Proven experience managing client relationships and staffing engagements.
Ability to work with hiring managers, MSPs, VMS programs, and procurement teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and staffing tools.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing enterprise staffing accounts.
Existing network within the Dallas Fort Worth market.
Knowledge of MSP/VMS environments and contingent workforce programs.
