We are seeking an IT Project Manager who will lead and manage multiple internal and external end-to-end IT applications and software projects, documentation, and processes while reinforcing defined infrastructure and software best practices. The Project Manager will drive process improvement, documentation management, and project governance to ensure follow-through, timeliness, and accuracy across the project portfolio. Must be able to run large projects with minimal oversight.

Core Competencies and Responsibilities:
• Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate often, follow up with, and support engineering management, clients, and vendors on various projects, presentations, and meetings to ensure continuous alignment on multiple parallel projects.
• Attention to Detail: Review incoming emails, timelines, resources, and process alignment to produce valuable responses and maintain organizational relationships and project visibility.
• Organization & Meeting Management: Plan and organize daily project elements garnered in meetings. Identify relevant audiences, ensure thorough preparation, and create project charter/kick-off presentations covering business drivers, scope, phases, and next steps.
• Hybrid Methodology Execution: Manage project tracking and reporting through a structured Waterfall framework to ensure full compliance and milestone accountability, while supporting development teams utilizing Agile practices (Kanban and Scrum).
• Contract & Compliance Awareness: Review and interpret contractual documentation to extract project scope, deliverable requirements, compliance obligations, and key milestones, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Data Visualization & Tools: Create and analyze dashboards and project roadmaps using Jira and ServiceNow to track team velocity and milestone progress.
• Tool Stack Proficiency: Utilize project management software including MS Project/Project Online, SharePoint Project Templates, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Fully utilize Outlook functions, including alerts and the Scheduling Assistant.
• Documentation & Governance: Draft process and "how-to" documentation, and consistently generate, update, and archive project notes and follow-ups to add value to management decision-making.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Identify project constraints, risks, inefficiencies, and areas for process reinforcement, understanding exactly when and how to escalate issues to other groups.

Qualifications:
• IT Project Management: Project management experience specifically focused on software development or IT applications in an enterprise environment. Required - 5 Years
• Project Management Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Project Online, SharePoint Project Templates, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Required - 5 Years
• Methodology Experience: Demonstrated experience working with both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies in a hybrid delivery environment. Required - 4 Years
• Contractual Analysis: Experience reading contractual documentation to successfully extract scope, deliverables, and compliance obligations. Required
• Documentation & Writing: Highly proficient in technical writing, editing, process mapping, and administrative follow-through. Required
• Education & Certifications: College Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science (Preferred) OR equivalent relevant college coursework/certifications. Preferred
• Professional Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification. Preferred

Required / Desired Skills
