Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Job Summary & Core Responsibilities (Focus: ER Nursing)
Seeking dynamic, quick-thinking Emergency Room RNs capable of multi-tasking and delivering care to patients ranging from minor injuries to critical illnesses in a fast-paced environment.
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all age demographics.
Develop individualized care plans, identify expected clinical outcomes, and prioritize case needs continually.
Coordinate care seamlessly with physicians and multi-disciplinary hospital departments.
Provide thorough follow-up care instructions and necessary patient referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of recent ER Acute Care experience (must be within the last year). Strong ICU or PCU backgrounds may be considered.
Licensure: Active Florida RN License, a valid Compact/Multistate license, or the ability to obtain licensure prior to the official start date.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
Certifications:
oBLS: Required prior to employment start date.
oACLS: Required within 90 days of hire.
oPALS: Required within 90 days of hire.
oNonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI): Required within 90 days of hire.
