Remote Sports & Live Entertainment Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Sports & Live Entertainment Coordinator to join our hospitality team. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics for fans, athletes, and groups attending high-profile events. From securing prime resort accommodations near stadiums to coordinating VIP concert experiences and theatre weekend packages, you will serve as the primary architect for seamless entertainment travel.

Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics Coordination: Design and manage complex itineraries surrounding major sporting events, national concert tours, and Broadway theatre productions.

Vendor & Venue Relations: Act as the liaison between clients, boutique hotels, and venue hospitality departments to secure group rates and specialized event access.

Administrative Itinerary Management: Process and track multi-component reservations, including lodging, ground transportation, and event ticketing, ensuring all timelines are strictly met.

Client Consultation: Provide expert-level recommendations on seating categories, venue proximity, and pre-event dining experiences to enhance the overall guest journey.

Quality Assurance: Verify all travel documentation, including digital ticketing, hotel vouchers, and port/entry requirements, providing support before and during the event.

Job Requirements
Technical Literacy: Basic computer skills required. Must be comfortable with cloud-based productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), digital file management, and navigating complex booking portals.

Experience: 1 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, customer service, event planning, or a similar logistics-focused role.
