Hire Dynamics is assisting a global supply chain leader in hiring a Logistics Assistant in Brentwood, TN. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, a consistent Day Shift schedule, and the chance to work with cross-functional teams while supporting customer accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a Logistics Assistant you will manage customer communications, coordinate shipments, and help resolve delivery issues while providing a high level of service.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn industry products and terminology
- Ability to commute to Brentwood, TN

Responsibilities
- Dispatch daily runs to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams and clients
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Communicate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to track shipment status
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Locate and expedite delayed, misrouted, missing, or damaged shipments
