Role Description

The B2B Prospect List Builder fuels ZRG’s outbound engine by sourcing, enriching, and maintaining high‑quality prospect lists across multiple client accounts. You’ll ensure every campaign starts with clean, accurate, ICP‑aligned data that drives qualified meetings.

This role requires strong Clay expertise, as all list-building, enrichment workflows, and data operations run within Clay. We process millions of contacts each month — so speed, precision, and mastery of modern data tools are essential. Core Responsibilities

Prospect List Sourcing

• Build targeted, ICP‑aligned prospect lists

• Source, enrich, and verify data using Clay, Apollo, Findymail, MillionVerifier, and similar tools

• Maintain organized, accurate datasets that improve targeting and lead quality

Data Quality & Compliance

• Clean, dedupe, validate, and maintain deliverability across all datasets

• Manage blacklists, suppression lists, and compliance requirements

• Identify data issues and continuously improve sourcing workflows

Operational Output

• Pull 250,000+ contacts per month across client accounts

• Collaborate with campaign engineering to refine targeting and lead quality

• Maintain fast, reliable list turnaround to keep outbound systems running at full speed

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of Clay experience (Required)

• 2+ years in B2B list building, data sourcing, or lead generation

• Experience with Clay, Apollo, Findymail, MillionVerifier, etc.

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data cleanup and manipulation

• Marketing agency or lead‑gen team experience preferred

• Strong written and spoken English

• Remote availability with flexibility for US business hours

Job Type: Contract 

Location: Remote 

Salary:

• $1,600 USD Monthly Base ($2,000 OTE)

• ₱96,500 PHP Monthly Base (₱120,000 PHP OTE)
