The Opportunity-
We're looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great fit for a dentist who wants clinical variety, mentorship if desired, and a path toward a long-term role in a stable, continually advancing and growing practice — without the politics of corporate dentistry.
What You'll Do-
• Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
• Perform exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team
• Opportunity to expand into specialty procedures based on your skill set and interests
What We're Looking For-
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Alaska dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and team-player attitude
• New grads welcome — experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits-
• Guaranteed day rate to start, transitioning to collection-based compensation as you build your patient base
• CE allowance
