Salary: $115,045 per year

Job Duties:

Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle availability, scheduling, and utilization to ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
Monitor technical condition of fleet vehicles and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Manage procurement of vehicles, spare parts, and maintenance services, including supplier selection, price comparison, and contract negotiations.
Prepare, review, and maintain transportation and logistics documentation related to fleet operations.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for fleet operations, fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and vendor services.
Oversee compliance with internal operational procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
Coordinate with external service providers, repair facilities, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective fleet support.
Analyze operational data to improve fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize operating costs.
Support inventory tracking and supply chain processes related to fleet and vehicle maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Transportation Engineering.
Two (2) years of experience as a Fleet Operations Specialist or in a related transportation operations occupation.
