About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership for a behavioral health hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves full accountability for hospital operations, financial performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The CEO will also be tasked with leading a multidisciplinary team, developing and maintaining community relationships, and advancing the organization's mission of providing compassionate and evidence-based behavioral healthcare. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility administration, clinical operations, and leading successful compliance efforts. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of performance improvement, and leading the development of a continuum of care. The CEO must be a transformational leader with strong financial acumen, a history of developing high-performing teams, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Personal characteristics should include a passion for the mission, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to make complex decisions in the best interest of the organization.
