About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Responsible AI to lead the establishment and evolution of a firmwide responsible AI strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of technologies, tools, and best practices that enhance AI governance and ensure the development of safe, secure, and ethical AI capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating the company's responsible AI program, developing guidelines, and implementing technologies to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and minimize bias, with a strong focus on data privacy and security. The VP will also be tasked with assessing business needs, providing thought leadership, and delivering industry best practices at scale, including the integration of responsible AI into the AI model life cycle. Candidates for the VP of Responsible AI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in computer science, information technology, or related areas. A minimum of 10 years' experience in data and AI management, governance, and model risk management is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformational change programs, managing AI governance standards, and technologies in complex global environments. Key competencies include the ability to set and execute a strategic vision, lead high-performing teams, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. The role demands a leader with a strong customer orientation, an experimental mindset for driving innovation, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
