1. Full-time Awake Overnight; Sun 9p-8:15a Mon 11p-8:45a Tue 11p-8:15a Every other Sat 9p-9a
2. Full-time Awake Overnight; Week1: Wed 11p-8:45a Thurs 11p-8:15a Fri 9p-9a Sat 9p-9a  Week2: Wed 11p-8:45a Thurs 11p-8:15a Fri 9p-9a
3. Full-time Awake Overnight; Week1: Wed 11p-8:15a Thurs 11p-8:45a Fri 9p-9a Sat 9p-9a  Week2: Wed 11p-8:15a Thurs 11p-8:45a Fri 9p-9a
4. Full-time Evenings; Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs 2:30p-11p Every other Sat/Sun 3p-9p

This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle:  Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
