About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the transformation of its technology platform and product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and communicating a clear product philosophy and strategy that is deeply rooted in modern practices. This includes continuous discovery, empowered product teams, and outcome-based planning. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in building and scaling product organizations, who can replace feature roadmaps with outcome roadmaps and is adept at making data-driven decisions. The SVP will also be tasked with institutionalizing a culture of product discovery, holding teams accountable for evidence-based decision-making, and measuring the impact of product initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a history of success at the VP, Head of Product, or SVP level. A strong background in product analytics, experimentation, and a clear ability to connect team work to company outcomes is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, SaaS, or other services-driven businesses, and a comfort with embedding AI tooling into product workflows. The role requires a leader who can work across the company, partner with engineering and executive teams, and bring transparency to product strategy. The SVP will be expected to lead a distributed and cross-functional team, and to be based in the DFW area or willing to travel for regular in-person collaboration.
