About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Market Access to spearhead the development and execution of global market access strategies in anticipation of the potential launch of its lead oncology asset. The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative leader with a strong focus on execution, responsible for comprehensive payer, pricing, reimbursement, trade, distribution, patient support, and access strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of the oncology market, including the ability to align clinical differentiation with the needs of payers, providers, and patients. The VP, Market Access will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing market access organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the team's readiness for the product launch. Applicants for the VP, Market Access position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in market access for oncology products. The role requires a proven track record in leading market access strategy, experience in building market access capabilities, and expertise in all aspects of market access, including payer marketing, national accounts, pricing, contracting, and patient services. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, be a data-driven decision-maker, and possess the leadership competencies necessary to navigate the fast-paced biotech environment.
