About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to spearhead the next phase of growth. The CPTO will be tasked with defining and evolving the product vision, platform strategy, and long-term roadmap to ensure alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. This executive will be the ultimate decision-maker for product and technology prioritization, responsible for making critical tradeoff decisions to scale the business. A key aspect of the role is to create a disciplined product operating model that connects market needs, product strategy, and technology execution. The successful candidate will also be expected to build, lead, and scale high-performing Product, Engineering, and Data Science organizations, and to partner closely with the executive team to shape company strategy and represent the product vision to various stakeholders. Applicants for the CPTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 14 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in progressive leadership roles within healthcare product management, software development, data platforms, and technology-driven solution delivery. A deep understanding of the payer healthcare market, including health plans, value-based care, and related technology solutions, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining product vision, platform strategy, and technology roadmaps, as well as experience with AI/ML-enabled products and modern cloud-based software architectures. The role requires a strategic partner who can drive the evolution of the platform and ensure that product capabilities create measurable value for customers.
