About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a clear and modern product philosophy, a proven track record in building or rebuilding product organizations, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. They should be adept at leading cross-functional teams, have executive presence, and be capable of bringing product strategy to life for various stakeholders. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a focus on leading product organizations at a senior level. A background in property management, SaaS, or services-driven businesses with B2B and B2C surfaces is preferred. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate a history of making hard prioritization calls, killing unproductive work, and is comfortable with AI tooling in product workflows.
